Switching from Proxyclick, price and integrations
How does switching from Proxyclick work?
We go through what you have at your entrance with you and set up the check‑in flow to match it. We roll out within 14 days of your order.
Do we have to enter our contractors again?
No, we import your visitors and contractors from Proxyclick at no extra cost. A contractor company's representative can also upload their own workers in the Portal. Each of them then gets an invitation with a link to the web app.
What will switching cost?
Software for one kiosk starts at €499 a month on the Premium plan, billed annually. The kiosk, accessories and one‑time setup are paid separately. Prices exclude VAT.
Can we start with one gate?
Yes. You set the check‑in steps for each entrance separately, and a turnstile can be added later. The paid 30‑day trial costs €499, with no payment for hardware and no long contract.
Can we use our iPads?
Not iPads. We run the software on a compatible Android 13+ device with a touchscreen, camera, speakers and an echo‑canceling microphone. You can combine your own devices and our kiosks in one installation.
Will you connect to our access control system?
We have ready‑made integrations with ANeT, RON, Aktion, Cominfo, Salto, Genetec and others and connect to any other access control system with an API. The relay in ExtHUB, a box next to the kiosk, opens doors, turnstiles and gate arms, on the Enterprise plan. We do not supply turnstiles or gate arms; we connect to yours.
Do you screen visitors against a watchlist?
No, aReception does not screen against a watchlist. The kiosk verifies identity from a passport, ID card or eDoklady digital ID. ID scanning comes with the Enterprise plan.
What will our IT need to provide?
The kiosk only needs internet access, not access to your internal network. It connects by cable, Wi‑Fi or an LTE SIM.
