Contractors acknowledge the site risks through the link in their invitation and can take the induction too. Welcomo lists EHS rules confirmation with a signature at the kiosk itself.

40+trucks a day at Stora Enso Ždírec

SMSwith a map and instructions during an evacuation
The person in charge sends a text message with a map from the Portal, and everyone confirms “I am out” with one button. Welcomo does not list evacuation on its website.

We checked the Welcomo details on October 10, 2026 on its kiosk, logistics, software and pricing pages, in M2C Innovis articles on languages and eDoklady, and on m2c.eu. “Not listed” means we did not find it on their pages. aReception prices are for software for one kiosk, billed annually; for both offers, compare the whole scope: license, hardware, installation and integrations.
aReception
Once aReception is connected to your turnstile, only those who finished the induction and signed get through. Welcomo lists access cards and doors opened by QR code.
Inductions and risksContractors upload documents in advance, such as a welding certificate. The system reminds them and the EHS manager before one expires.
Contractors and drivers pick their own language at the kiosk. Welcomo lists up to 30 languages.
The outdoor Zebra kiosk is rated IP68 and works with gloves on. Welcomo does not list a rating for its external version.
Kiosks and dispensersWelcomo
Welcomo supplies license plate cameras, gate control and LED panels that guide drivers to the right dock. aReception connects to the cameras you have but does not supply them.
We show you how aReception works with your own check‑in process.

In practice
The contractor confirms the site risks and fills in the risks of their work, and you approve them. The signed version is stored, ready in the Portal for an audit.
The driver registers and waits in the holding area, out of the way of traffic. A text message calls them to the dock.
In the Portal you see who has not yet confirmed they are out. Once aReception is connected to access control, employees get the text message too.
At Stora Enso Ždírec, the gatehouse saves 12 hours of work a day. At your site, it depends on the number of trucks and visitors.
How to choose
When contractors at your gate need risk acknowledgment, a valid induction and entry only after signing. When you call trucks to the dock and need to know who is out during an evacuation. You can check the price in advance on our public pricing page.

How to choose
When your vehicle entrance needs license plate cameras and LED panels from the same company as the kiosk.
If you already run Welcomo and do not handle risk acknowledgment with contractors, switching will not pay off. In an office building, aReception starts on the Basic plan at €199 a month for software for one kiosk. Relay and label printing come with the Enterprise plan. See more on our office buildings page.

The contractor gets an invitation with a link to the web app. There, before arrival, they complete the risk acknowledgment and can take the induction too. Whatever they do not finish, they complete and sign at the kiosk.
We do not supply turnstiles or barriers; we connect to yours. Turnstile and barrier connection is part of the Enterprise plan, which also includes access control integration. Integrations with ANeT, RON, Aktion, Cominfo, Salto, Genetec and others are ready‑made.
The kiosk only needs the internet, not access to your internal network. It connects by cable, Wi‑Fi or an LTE SIM.
The kiosk interface comes in 50+ languages, and the driver picks theirs. The text message with the dock then arrives in the same language.
Yes. You can start at one gate with a paid 30‑day trial that costs one month of the plan you will use, with no hardware payment. We roll out within 14 days of your order.
