Do we need to involve our IT?
Only to give the kiosk internet access; it needs no access to your company network. With an integration, it also needs access to the connected system. It can run on its own mobile data, too. We deploy within 14 days of the order, or within a month with an integration.
Does it work with what we already have?
Yes. We connect to turnstiles, barriers, access systems, MS Teams, email and SMS. The system also works fully on its own, so integrations are not needed to start.
What if the kiosk cannot handle a visitor?
The visitor can call the host from the kiosk. If the host doesn't answer, it depends on your settings: the kiosk calls the next contact, or texts the host or the next contact.
Can it handle foreign drivers and contractors?
Yes. The invitation and welcome run in 50+ languages, 24 hours a day. You upload the safety training in the languages your contractors understand. A driver or contractor can complete the training in advance from the link in the invitation.
How does it handle GDPR and personal data?
The system is GDPR‑ready. When the kiosk scans ID documents (Enterprise plan), we use the data only to verify identity.
How much does it cost?
Software for one kiosk, billed annually, costs from €199 a month on the Basic plan, for visitor management, and from €499 a month on the Premium plan, for safety inductions and truck check‑in. The 30‑day trial costs one month of the plan you will use, and we lend you the kiosk for it.
