What people ask before the trial
Do we need to involve our IT?
No. You just plug the kiosk into a socket and it also runs on its own mobile data connection. It does not need access to your corporate network. We handle deployment within 14 days of the order.
Does it work with what we already have?
Yes. We connect to turnstiles, barriers, access systems, MS Teams, email and SMS. We issue cards from your existing supplier. The system also works fully on its own, so integrations are not needed to start.
What if the kiosk cannot handle a visitor?
With one tap the visitor is connected by phone to a live person you choose: reception, the gatehouse or the host. Nobody is left standing at the door.
Can it handle foreign drivers and contractors?
Yes. The invitation, welcome and safety training run in 50+ languages, 24 hours a day. A driver or contractor can complete the training in advance on their own phone.
How does it handle GDPR and personal data?
All data is stored in the EU and processing is fully GDPR compliant. We use ID data only to verify identity before the safety signature.
How much does it cost?
Plans start from €39 per month and you pay no per-visitor fees. The exact price depends on hardware and the scope of integrations, and we calculate it precisely on a 15-minute call.
