How many gatehouse staff do we save?
The kiosk takes over visitor check‑in and record keeping, so you can run the gatehouse with fewer staff. Where someone must watch the fire alarm panel, one person stays. Artifex, where the kiosk checks people in around the clock with no receptionist, saves €1,700 a month. We'll calculate the payback based on your entry volumes.
In an alarm, how do I know who is on site?
The Portal has a muster list of everyone who checked in at the kiosk, and with your access control connected, employees too. The responsible person sends an SMS with the assembly point map from the Portal, and everyone confirms they are out with one tap.
Won't the change at the entrance stop production?
We set up the flow the way your entrance works today. If a step holds up trucks or service technicians, you switch it off or move it in the Portal and the change applies at once. You can connect the turnstile later.
Our security comes from an agency. What happens to it?
Security agencies are often our partners. Where your security comes from an agency, we put together a solution for your entrance with them. Their guard then doesn't have to cover reception as well.
How fast can you roll it out?
Deployment takes 14 days from the order.
What if it doesn't work for us?
The trial costs €499 for 30 days, with no hardware cost and no long contract. If it doesn't help, we take the kiosk away.
Is the kiosk safe for our network?
The kiosk only needs internet. It needs no access to your internal network, so your internal systems are not exposed.
