New site risks are confirmed again

When your site changes its risks, the system asks each contractor for a new confirmation. The new signed version is stored.

Switching, data and integrations

What will switching cost?

Software for one kiosk starts at €499 a month, billed annually, on the Premium plan with truck check‑in. The kiosk, accessories and one‑time setup are paid separately. We import your visitors and contractors from SECAPRO at no extra cost.

What if the barriers and plate cameras at our entrance stay?

We do not supply turnstiles or barriers; we connect to yours. We connect to the plate cameras you already have. If a direct connection is not possible, we find a solution with your supplier.

Does the kiosk need access to our network?

The kiosk only needs the internet, not access to your internal network. It connects by cable, Wi‑Fi or an LTE SIM.

What if a contractor's technician does not speak the local language?

The kiosk and the invitation come in more than 50 languages, and each person picks their own. You supply the induction content in the languages you need.

What if a contractor arrives with an expired induction?

The kiosk takes the contractor through the induction again before letting them in. You set the validity for each document separately.
