The Challenge
Purkyňka Business Park in Brno is three office buildings on Purkyňova street, owned and managed by PFM Group and Nemovitosti Fiala. A constant flow of visitors needs to reach the right tenant quickly, but reception was only available during office hours and only in the main building.
The operation depended on reception staff, so absences, turnover and language barriers all reduced service quality, and some buildings had no space for a proper reception desk at all.
The Solution
aReception.ai rolled the digital receptionist out in two phases. First, buildings 97A and 97B got an aReception terminal mounted on the wall between the public and private areas, with no major construction. After about ten months of smooth operation, building 99 followed with a fully automated reception.
The avatar, Rona, handles self-service check-in around the clock: she confirms security details, routes visitors to the right tenant, issues QR and NFC passes that control entry and the lifts, answers questions in several languages and can be updated remotely. Queues and running costs drop while the buildings keep a professional first impression.
