The guard copies drivers into a spreadsheet
The guard writes every truck into a spreadsheet by hand and calls the driver by phone or pager when a dock is free.
Sawmills, paper mills and packaging plants see trucks and service contractors every day. The Portal shows which of them are on site right now.

What gets in the way
The guard writes every truck into a spreadsheet by hand and calls the driver by phone or pager when a dock is free.
A morning queue forms at the gate, and many drivers don't speak the local language. Explaining the rules makes it longer.
Service contractors sign the site risk acknowledgment and induction at the gatehouse. You piece together who is in the hall from paper records.
How it works
You send an invitation from the Portal. The contractor confirms your plant's risks and fills in theirs for you to approve.
Before arrivalThe worker signs the induction in the web app or finishes it at the kiosk. The interface comes in 50+ languages.
Before arrival or at the entranceA connected turnstile or barrier lets in only someone with a valid, signed induction. The host gets a message on arrival.
At the entranceWorkers check out or return the card. In an alarm, everyone listed with a phone gets an SMS with the assembly point.
On exit and during an alarmCase study · Model Obaly
At the Opava plant, contractors complete the site risk acknowledgment and sign their safety induction before they enter. The ANeT access system activates their card, and during an evacuation everyone on site gets an SMS and confirms with one tap that they are out.
“I finally have a real‑time overview of everyone on site, ready for any inspection or evacuation,” says Pavla Bolacká, H&S Manager at Model Obaly.

Truck check‑in · Stora Enso Ždírec
At the Stora Enso sawmill in Ždírec, the driver enters the loading code, plate and mobile number at the outdoor kiosk by the gate and reads the safety instructions. Logistics sees the queue in the Portal, and when it assigns a dock, an SMS names it.
“Drivers now register themselves at the gate in their own language and we guide them into the site by SMS, so the queue finally moves on its own,” says Karel Řípa, Safety Manager at Stora Enso Wood Products Ždírec.

The kiosk runs on its own
The kiosk only needs internet over cable, Wi‑Fi or its own SIM. It needs no access to your internal network.
Everyone who checked in stays on the list until they check out at the kiosk or you check them out in the Portal.
Visitors can give consent to personal data processing right at check‑in.
Cards and access control
We connect turnstiles and barriers on the Enterprise plan, which also includes access control integration.
The ExtHUB box next to the kiosk opens doors, turnstiles, barriers and elevators by relay. We don't supply turnstiles, we connect to yours.
We have ready‑made integrations with ANeT, RON, Aktion, Cominfo, Salto, Genetec and others. During an evacuation, your muster list then covers everyone on site, employees included.
A kiosk can have up to three card dispensers. On the way out, a card dropped into the collector ends the visit.
For every role
Every contractor's site risk acknowledgment, inductions and signatures are in one place, ready after an injury or an inspection.
For customer, ISO 9001 or BRCGS audits, the Portal shows who was on site, when and which safety induction they completed.
The kiosk checks in drivers and contractors. The guard stops copying plates and has a muster list during an alarm.
A service contractor can complete the site risk acknowledgment and induction before arrival, so they don't lose time at the gate.
You see the truck queue in the Portal. When it is a driver's turn, you send them an SMS with the dock.
You set up the same check‑in process at all your plants and see every contractor in one Portal.
