A shutdown brings dozens of contractors at once
During a shutdown dozens of contractors arrive within a few days. The guard checks each one's induction and permits by hand.
Contractors complete site risk acknowledgment and upload their permits before they arrive. Their site access can be valid only during the shutdown or maintenance window.

What gets in the way
During a shutdown dozens of contractors arrive within a few days. The guard checks each one's induction and permits by hand.
Contractors sign the site risk acknowledgment on emailed forms, and certificates sit in binders. Before an audit, you piece them together by hand.
A GMP or SEVESO audit asks who was on site and with which induction. Today you check a paper visitor book.
How it works
You send an invitation from the Portal. The contractor confirms your plant's risks, fills in theirs and uploads their permits.
Before arrivalWorkers complete the induction online or at the kiosk, which instructs on PPE. One step can be an NDA signature.
Before arrival or at the entranceA connected turnstile or barrier lets in only someone with a valid induction. Access can be valid only during the shutdown.
At the entranceWorkers check out or return the card. In an alarm, everyone listed with a phone gets an SMS with the assembly point.
On exit and during an alarmThe kiosk runs on its own
The system reminds the contractor and the EHS manager in advance that a document or certificate is about to expire.
You set the validity for each document separately. With an expired induction, the kiosk has the contractor go through it again.
One check‑in step can be an NDA signature or a hygiene declaration. You switch steps on for each entrance.
Zones and access control
We connect turnstiles and barriers on the Enterprise plan, which also includes access control integration.
The ExtHUB box next to the kiosk opens doors, turnstiles, barriers and elevators by relay. We don't supply turnstiles, we connect to yours.
Visitors pass through doors and elevators only into the zones their role allows.
We have ready‑made integrations with ANeT, RON, Aktion, Cominfo, Salto, Genetec and others. During an evacuation, your muster list then covers everyone on site, employees included.
For every role
Every contractor's site risk acknowledgment, permits and signatures are in one place, ready after an injury or an inspection.
For Annex 11 and GMP audits, the Portal shows who was on site, when and which safety induction they completed.
The kiosk takes over check‑in. The guard sees who has completed the induction and has a muster list during an alarm.
Before a shutdown you send contractors invitations from the Portal. Technicians complete the site risk acknowledgment before they arrive.
The driver registers at the kiosk by the gate. When dispatch assigns a dock in the Portal, an SMS names it.
You can set the same check‑in process at all your plants. The records help in ISO 45001 and SEVESO audits.
Price
The price is for the Premium plan billed annually and includes updates and unlimited check‑ins. The kiosk, accessories and setup are billed separately.
