Hygiene rules are signed on paper
Visitors sign the hygiene rules and health declaration on paper at the gatehouse. For an audit you search for them in binders.
Contractors and visitors complete your hygiene induction, and one step can be a health declaration. The records help in HACCP, IFS and BRCGS audits.

What gets in the way
Visitors sign the hygiene rules and health declaration on paper at the gatehouse. For an audit you search for them in binders.
Line maintenance and sanitation bring service companies into production. The guard checks their inductions by hand in paperwork and emails.
In the morning several trucks with raw materials arrive at once. Drivers wait at the gate while dispatch calls the warehouse.
How it works
You send an invitation from the Portal. The contractor confirms your plant's risks and fills in theirs for you to approve.
Before arrivalThe contractor completes the hygiene induction in the web app or at the kiosk. One step can be a health declaration.
Before arrival or at the entranceA connected turnstile or barrier lets in only someone with a valid, signed induction. The host gets a message on arrival.
At the entranceWorkers check out or return the card. In an alarm, everyone listed with a phone gets an SMS with the assembly point.
On exit and during an alarmThe kiosk runs on its own
You set the validity for each document separately. With an expired induction, the kiosk has the contractor go through it again.
A service company's access can be valid only during the maintenance or shutdown window, or for a set number of days.
The driver registers at the gate. When dispatch assigns a dock, an SMS names it in the language they chose.
Cards and access control
We connect turnstiles and barriers on the Enterprise plan, which also includes access control integration.
The ExtHUB box next to the kiosk opens doors, turnstiles, barriers and elevators by relay. We don't supply turnstiles, we connect to yours.
We have ready‑made integrations with ANeT, RON, Aktion, Cominfo, Salto, Genetec and others. During an evacuation, your muster list then covers everyone on site, employees included.
A kiosk can have up to three card dispensers. On the way out, a card dropped into the collector ends the visit.
For every role
For HACCP, IFS and BRCGS audits, the Portal shows who was on site, when and which safety induction they completed.
Every contractor's site risk acknowledgment, inductions and signatures are in one place, ready after an injury or an inspection.
A service technician can complete the hygiene induction before arrival, so they don't lose time on it at the gate.
The kiosk takes over check‑in. The guard sees who has completed the induction and has a muster list during an alarm.
You plan raw material deliveries in the Portal in advance. The morning queue at the gate stops forming.
You can set the same check‑in process at all your plants. The guard stops copying names from ID cards.
Price
The price is for the Premium plan billed annually and includes updates and unlimited check‑ins. The kiosk, accessories and setup are billed separately.
