Step 1

Contractor registration

The contractor registers in the aReception portal and fills in the company, contacts, certificates and documents you require.

You approve the registration or return it for completion.

Step 2

Risk handover

You send the contractor the risks of your site. The contractor sends the risks related to their work.

The system checks that both sides confirmed and stores the signed version for audit.

Step 3

Invitation and online training

You invite a specific contractor worker. They receive a digital invitation with a link to the online safety training.

The worker completes the training in one of nine languages on their phone, signs electronically and is done before they even arrive.

Phase 2: on arrival
The worker walks up to the kiosk. Anything not finished online is completed now. With everything done, they pass through in 30 seconds.

Check-in at the kiosk:

The worker comes to the kiosk and scans the QR invitation or an ID card.

The system verifies their identity and completes any missing information or training.

Entry and card

Optionally the system issues an access card for the turnstile.

The visit administrator sees in the portal who is on site in real time.

Records and evacuation:

During an evacuation, the incident dispatcher or the response commander opens the portal and sees the list of people inside.

Every visitor receives an SMS with the evacuation map and instructions.

After the event, the portal holds a complete record for audit.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we hear in the first 30 minutes of every call.

Email is not required. The worker comes to the entrance kiosk, completes the training on screen and signs with a finger. If you want stricter identity checks, we add ID document scanning.

Nine languages in production: Czech, Slovak, English, German, Polish, Italian, Russian, Portuguese and Romanian. We add further languages on request in roughly two weeks.

An industrial Zebra KC50 kiosk or comparable hardware, depending on the site requirements. Optionally with a stand, a label printer and a card dispenser for the turnstile.

Each person checks in separately at the kiosk and you see everyone by name in the portal. If a group comes regularly, you can invite it in bulk in advance.
