This digital receptionist assists the library with visitor registration, calling branches, and ensures smooth communication between staff and visitors. Thanks to advanced AI features, she is available 24/7 and delivers personalized information, enhancing accessibility to library services.
How Does the Digital Receptionist Improve Library Services?
Our digital receptionist Klára is located on a touchscreen kiosk that allows visitors to register easily and offers a wide range of additional functions. Through an intuitive interface, visitors can effortlessly search for information or connect with a specific library branch.
