Model Obaly a.s. runs a modern packaging plant in Opava with a genuinely busy entrance. Suppliers, contractors, auditors and job applicants arrive throughout the day. Every supplier needs a completed risk handover, and each of their workers needs mandatory safety training with a signature, a visitor badge and a notification to the right host.<\/p>\n
Handling all of this at a staffed reception desk was time consuming and administratively heavy, and it tied up the capacity of both the admin and safety teams. And as long as a supplier can walk in without valid training while the overview of who is inside lives only on paper and phone calls, it is not just a drag on operations, it is also a risk during an inspection or an evacuation.<\/p>","_arec_cs_solution_text":"
aReception brought a complete visitor management system into the plant. Suppliers and visitors are invited and registered online in advance, they complete the risk handover and the mandatory safety training with a digital signature before they even arrive, and the system itself keeps track of whether previous training is still valid.<\/p>\n
The solution also automates the reception desk with a self-service kiosk at the main entrance. The AI avatar handles both expected and unexpected visitors in their own language around the clock, walks them through the mandatory safety training with a signature, issues a visitor badge and, thanks to the access control integration, opens the door only to those who have everything in order.<\/p>\n
